RETURN POLICY

Online purchases can be returned for exchange or full credit within 30 days from the date of sale. Please include the invoice and return your ascot(s) in the original packaging.  Ascot(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were received.


Returns:

  • Ceravelo will not cover shipping costs on returns
  • No credit on shipping charges will be issued

Exchanges:

  • Ceravelo will not cover shipping costs on exchanges

Shipping:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • When you return or exchange an ascot we recommend purchasing tracking and/or shipping insurance. Ceravelo cannot guarantee a refund if we have not received the product.

Refunds:

  • All refunds will be issued after we receive the ascot(s) and have verified the condition.
  • If you received your original purchase with our free shipping service, we will subtract the cost of shipping from your refund.

Discounted/Sale items:

  • Discounted and sale items cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.

Late or missing refunds:

Once you return your ascot for a refund you will recieve an email confirming your refund amount.  Please allow 1 week for the return to post to your account.
After 1 week, if you have not received a refund:
    1. Please check your bank account again
    2. Contact your credit card company
    3. Contact your bank
    If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ceravelo.com.
